Hello! Otter is a climbing/shedding card game for 1-4 players.
If you've played UNO or Scout or Crisps, you know the kind of game.
Play all your cards to win the round. Win enough rounds to win the game.
On your turn, you pick one of the three otters to play cards on.
Each has a rule about numbers and a rule about suits. To play on an otter's tummy, you must follow at least one of the rules.
But if you follow both, you can play there again and again!
Additionally, you can change the rules of each otter by flipping and swapping heads and tails.
Each flip or swap makes you draw a card, so plan carefully!
